  • Students at ABK COLLEGE
  • Students at nearby graduate schools, universities and vocational schools

*Japanese-language school students can apply only if they attend ABK COLLEGE. Thank you for your understanding.

*Graduate research students can apply only when a vacancy is expected.

*As these are student dormitories, people in employment cannot apply.

We are accepting applications for every dormitory and every room type.

If you are entering ABK COLLEGE

If you are entering ABK COLLEGE, we will let you know the result in line with your enrolment date.

You do not need to send any documents after applying. Please wait until we contact you with the result.

For students starting in April 2027, we plan to contact you around 20 February 2027.

How we handle your personal information

Your name, email address, nationality and other details are used only to contact you about your application and to select residents. We will not share them with third parties without your consent.

Conditions

By applying, you are deemed to agree to the following.

  • You cannot choose the same room type more than once when you apply.
  • If there are many applicants, we may not be able to meet your preferences.
  • In shared rooms you cannot choose your roommate. However, you will never share a room with someone of the opposite sex.
  • Rooms of the same type may differ in some details; rooms are provided as they are.
  • As these are student dormitories, if you lose your student status during your stay, for example by graduating or leaving school, you must move out promptly.
  • Smoking is not allowed in the building. You may not bring in or use dangerous items or anything with an open flame.
  • You may not let other people into your room or have them stay overnight.
  • The dormitories are a shared home. After moving in, please follow our rules and manners. If you cannot follow them, you may be asked to leave and you agree not to object.
  • The dormitory rules are available in several languages, but the Japanese version takes precedence.

  • If you are moving in for April, you can move in from 1 April. (Please note that you cannot move in during March.)
